Bridging
weETH has adopted the OFT Standard by LayerZero, allowing users to seamlessly move the restaking asset across chains. This L2 Native Restaking Module (L2NRM) allows for native minting on L2's. After minting weETH on an L2, the OFT Standard will allow users to move the asset across multiple chains.
These standards will be implemented for all new L2's supporting weETH. Note that weETH will continue to use the existing bridge through the canonical deployment on Arbitrum. The migration to the new OFT standard will be completed and communicated at a later time.
All other existing deployments of weETH on all other chains will be transferred to the OFT deployment.
