• When will Cash cards and app be launched? During Token2049 in September, pre-orders will be the first to ever receive an ether.fi card

• How do Cash Back work? Separate from ether.fi loyalty points, Cash Back are an exciting way for ether.fi members to earn on their everyday purchases with the Cash card! With every purchase made using your Cash card, you'll earn Cash Back. Exactly Cash Back percentage will depend on your card tier, ranging from 2% to 4% Cash Back!

• Where can I see my Cash Back? These will be displayed in your Cash app once your card has been activated and you've made purchases with your card.

• How can I get a refund on my pre-order? Please send a support ticket to one of our agents and we’ll be happy to help issue a refund within the first 30 days of pre-ordering a card.

• What do I get by pre-ordering the card instead of waiting for launch? During Token2049 in September, pre-orders will be the first to ever receive an ether.fi card.

• Which countries will Cash be available in at launch? The card will initially be available in Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Hong Kong, with many other countries available/coming later subject to licensing requirements.
