• When will Cash cards and app be launched? During Token2049 in September, pre-orders will be the first to ever receive an ether.fi card

• How do Cash Points work? Are they the same as loyalty points? Separate from ether.fi loyalty points, Cash Points are an exciting way for ether.fi members to earn more rewards!

  With every purchase made using your Cash card, your Cash Points will be redeemable for perks and benefits exclusive to card holders, offering you the same type of rewards as the biggest names in credit cards.

• Where can I see my Cash points? These will be displayed in your Cash app when it’s live

• How can I get a refund on my pre-order? Please send a support ticket to one of our agents and we’ll be happy to help issue a refund within the first 30 days of pre-ordering a card

• What do I get by pre-ordering the card instead of waiting for launch? During Token2049 in September, pre-orders will be the first to ever receive an ether.fi card
